- What do I do if I receive a defective order? We ensure all products have been quality checked beforehand, however if we have missed something out, be happy to DM us or email us so we can get that sorted out for you.
- What do I do if a product hasn't arrived? As we ship out the orders, the responsibility lies with the shipping agent, email or call them with your details and they will happily resolve any issues.
- Why did you start this brand? We are passionate about girls feeling pretty whilst staying modest hence where the name Haseen came from (origin Urdu). Also, we know how difficult it is to get affordable modest-wear and at Haseen Collection we make it possible for anyone to buy from us as we are budget friendly.
